Voluntary 30-Day Return Policy
As a consumer, you have the right to return any items delivered by us in household quantities within 30 days from the invoice date. The items should be returned in their original packaging, complete and undamaged, and in unused condition. Please note that this policy does not apply to opened or unsealed software products, DVDs, opened consumables, custom-made or personalized items, and hygiene products. Refunds will be processed based on the day the return is handled, limited to the selling price.
